Checking-In

Check-in is at 3 p.m. on your day of arrival.  If you will be arriving after 5 p.m., please contact the office a day or two in advance of your arrival in order to make arrangements for a late check-in. Our office normally closes at 5 p.m. but late check-in arrangements can be made if we are notified in advance and during regular office hours.

If you require an earlier check-in time, we may be able to accommodate you but you must call the office in advance during regular office hours to see if it is possible.

Check-out time is at 10 a.m. on your day of departure.

We are located approximately 10 minutes from the Hollywood Fort Lauderdale airport and a taxi ride should cost you approximately $15.00. We are also located approximately 45 minutes from the Miami airport and a taxi ride should cost approximately $60.00. Rates for the taxi’s are subject to change but this should give you a general idea.

A few do’s and don’ts to make your stay more enjoyable and to advise you of a few things before you arrive.

1.     No Pets of any kind are permitted on the property or in the units.

2.    The facilities -- pool, lounge chairs, barbecues, parking etc., are for those individuals

       residing on the property only. Guests are not permitted.

3.     When staying in your unit, occupancy limits will be strictly enforced. 

       Studio – up to 2 people, 1 Bedroom – up to 4 people,  2 Bedroom – up to 6 people.

4.    Bicycles are not permitted on the property or in the units at any time. You may use       the bike rack, located in the parking lot, at your own risk.

5.   Please, no scuba gear, rafts, boats, Roller blades, skateboards, etc. on the property.

6.  Reasonable supervision from an adult is a must while your children are on the grounds or the pool area.

7.  If you have guests, they must find street parking and they may not use the facilities including the pool, lounge chairs, barbecues, and may not stay overnight, etc.

8. There is only one parking space per apartment, no exceptions. We do not permit commercial vehicles or those with any signage, motorcycles, RV’s, campers, 5^th wheelers, etc. on the property at any time.

Management has established these policies to help guarantee worry free vacations for all. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.
